Uncanny ANPR is a high-accuracy, AI-based number plate recognition system designed to operate under challenging conditions. It's capable of handling fast-moving vehicles, varying fonts, dirty plates, and difficult angles, providing end-to-end solutions for automated number plate recognition.
The overall success rate of ANPR is 97% for residential societies. Accuracy for cars is at 99% [front reading of LP(license plate)] and 94% for Bike [rear reading of LP(license plate)]. The accuracy of RFID is also about the same; however, RFID for bikes is very poor. ANPR can be used for tracking and performing access control of visitor and resident vehicles. This also provides digital records unlike the case in RFID which can be used ONLY for resident vehicles with RFID tags.
